We'll work with you from the moment you place your order to the day of delivery ensuring you're kept fully updated with progress. Construction takes place at our head offices in Lincolnshire and for most of our standard models you can expect a delivery period of 6-8 weeks. Upon delivery we'll spend the day with you, instructing you and your colleagues on how to use all of the equipment and features inside your vehicle.
From time to time you may be lucky enough to find vehicles for sale that were previously used for marketing demonstrations or trials. These are naturally offered with a considerable discount, but you can be assured they will come backed by our comprehensive used vehicle warranty. We reaffirm this with the supply of a full 12 months MOT & tax included in the sale price. We of course also welcome you to come and view the vehicle at your convenience at our Lincolnshire headquarters.
Most of the time these vehicles will also have been refurbished to an as-new standard, including hardware refreshes where appropriate. For example we will usually replace any batteries over 3-4 years old, as well as computer hardware over 2 years old. These small touches ensure that no matter how old the vehicle may appear internally it is as useful as the day it first hit the road.
As the vehicle has already been manufactured we are able to offer immediate delivery to suit you, as well as our complete hand-over package; this includes a guided tour of the vehicle, an introduction to the key features, setup of any peripherals at your location (eg. network/power hookups) and help with any immediate queries you have.
